HOMECOMING IS SATURDAY OCTOBER 18
The New Orleans home school community celebrates its seniors on Homecoming Night, Saturday October 18 at Tad Gormley Stadium in New Orleans City Park.
Senior football players will be recognized right before kickoff. During halftime, local home school seniors will be recognized at midfield with their families.
What is the Homecoming schedule?
7:20pm: Football seniors recognized
7:30pm: Kickoff
5 minutes before halftime: home school seniors gather on Home School Saints sideline
Halftime: home school seniors line up on opposing sideline, called out by name to meet their familes at midfield
What is the dress code?
Most seniors dress as if they are attending a formal event such as a wedding. Cheerleaders and football players will be in uniform. Parents dress in typical church clothes.
How are seniors regsitered for recognition?
Any home school senior is eligible to participate in the recognition ceremony during halftime. Click on the link above to download the registration form. Complete the form, scan it and email to homecoming@homeschoolsaints.org. Or turn in the form during a football practice or game before October 16.
What about flowers or coursage?
Home School seniors and their parents may bring any flowers or coursage that they wish. Home School Saints football players will be provided a rose to hand to their mom during their ceremony before kickoff.
What are the admission charges for Home School Saints games?
$5 for adults, $2 for students and children under five years old are free.
