Want to Register for Football?  It's Easy!

To register your son to play football with the Home School Saints, parents need to complete a registration form, read and complete the concussions form, download and complete a medical history form (completed by a doctor) and submit to Coach Stoehr along with payment of the registration fee (click on the tab "About" and then click on "Football" to see the fee schedule).

First time players need to also present a copy of a birth certificate.  You can mail the forms to Coach Stoehr or mail to 59118 Cypress Bayou Lane, Lacombe, LA 70445 or e-mail the forms to CoachStoehr@homeschoolsaints.org. 

 

A medical form is required of every participant every year.  The medical history form is usually completed by the player's pediatrician.  If there has been a recent physical or well-visit, pediatricians will often complete the form without charging for an office visit.  You may also have the form completed at after-hour clinics.

 

You may present a personal check for payment of the registration fee.  Enter the appropriate amount depending on the number of sons you will be registering, i.e., $400 for 1, $750 for 2, $1050 for 3, etc. If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact Coach Stoehr at the email address above.

 

Registration fees and paperwork are good for one season beginning with Spring Football in April and concluding with the Season End Banquet in November.  With paid registration, each player receives a helmet, shoulder pads, jersey, football pants, and girdle. Players are responsible for their own black socks, cleats, and mouthguard.
